Use of public materials

Materials may include documents, forms, software reference material, diagrams, research notes, technical drafts, evaluation summaries, company records, and business records. Public availability does not waive copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, contractual, or other rights.

Technical and business review

Technical materials may be draft, experimental, incomplete, or subject to change. Commercial, legal, investment, safety-sensitive, or deployment decisions require separate review and written agreement.

Submissions

Emails, forms, bug reports, ideas, evaluation requests, and attachments are governed by the public submission terms unless a signed agreement states otherwise. Do not send confidential, proprietary, customer, private, restricted, or third-party material unless Altifigence has signed a written agreement that accepts that material.

IP and marks

Altifigence operates Altifigence™ technology, Research, legal notices, billing routes, and strategic inquiries., Altifigence™, wordmarks, documents, forms, diagrams, and technical materials are protected by applicable laws and contract controls. No use of those marks may imply endorsement, certification, partnership, compatibility approval, or official status without written permission.

Downloads and forms

Downloadable forms may be completed and returned by email for intake, legal/IP, security, billing, tax, evaluation, or other stated purposes. Submitting a completed form does not create a contract, license, evaluation right, sponsor relationship, investor relationship, or approval unless Altifigence signs a separate written agreement.

Purchase, order, and checkout terms

The public site does not currently provide a self-service checkout. Any future purchase button, payment link, order form, invoice, or console plan must be read together with the quote, order form, privacy notice, cookie notice, refund/cancellation terms, and service description shown at the time of order.

By submitting an order, the purchaser confirms authority to act for the named organization, accuracy of billing and tax details, acceptance of the stated scope, and responsibility for approved charges. Taxes, currency, payment schedule, delivery, license scope, evaluation access, renewal, and support are controlled by the written order or signed agreement.

Refund and cancellation

Refunds and cancellations follow the accepted quote, order form, invoice, or signed agreement. Unless that written record says otherwise, custom review work, delivered evaluation packets, private technical consulting, and NRE-style work are not automatically refundable after delivery or substantial performance. If an accepted order contains a statutory cancellation right, Altifigence will honor that right as required by applicable law.

Console, workspace, and service access

Any private console, workspace, download portal, evaluation service, or support channel is limited to authorized users and the written scope. Users must protect credentials, keep organization and billing records accurate, avoid submitting secrets except through a requested secure channel, and avoid activity that bypasses access controls, disrupts service, or exceeds the agreed evaluation purpose.

Altifigence may suspend or limit access to protect security, legal, billing, IP, service integrity, or other users. Logs and usage records may be retained for security, billing, support, audit, and legal purposes under the privacy notice.
