Terms of Service.

Service and account access

You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, use only the organization and subscription you are authorized to use, and comply with the plan, order, published documentation, and applicable law. Public materials do not grant a patent, trademark, private-source, manufacturing, or deployment right.

Current service availability

Supported products, operating systems, architectures, download artifacts, and availability are shown on current product and Downloads pages. Experimental, beta, preview, gated, or metered features are available only when the interface or order expressly enables them.

Submissions

Public email, forms, bug reports, and suggestions are not confidential. Do not send credentials, customer data, restricted source, unreleased designs, export-controlled material, or third-party confidential information through a public route. Product workspaces and separately agreed secure channels are governed by their displayed terms.

IP and marks

Altifigence names, marks, software, documentation, and site materials remain protected by applicable law. Use of Altifigence™ does not state that a mark is registered. You may not imply endorsement, certification, partnership, or official status without written permission.

Software and downloads

Released DDS and CLI packages on the public Downloads page are available without website sign-in or a paid plan. Software is licensed, not sold. Receiving an installer does not grant paid features, cloud execution, AI usage, private source code or organization access. The EULA governs local software use; feature access depends on the released version and the applicable account or plan.

Purchase, order, and checkout terms

Before payment, checkout identifies the product, billing interval, renewal terms, currency, applicable tax and total. The Paddle entity identified there handles eligible online orders as Merchant of Record; Altifigence supplies the product. Keep your order confirmation. If payment succeeds but paid access is missing, contact billing@altifigence.com; a technical activation delay does not remove your contractual or statutory remedies.

Paid subscriptions renew at the agreed interval until canceled. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and preserves paid access until the current paid period ends. Free access and a paid-plan trial are different: using Free or downloading an installer does not authorize a paid subscription. Refund and cancellation

The separate Refund Policy and Withdrawal Notice explain the initial 14-day company policy, mandatory consumer rights, request route, and full-refund entitlement effect. They do not limit a non-waivable remedy under applicable law.

Accounts, subscriptions, and service integrity

Do not share credentials, bypass access controls, access another person’s data, overload a service or use software outside its license. Public download availability does not grant permission to resell or redistribute proprietary packages. Applicable open-source component licenses and mandatory legal exceptions remain unaffected.

Access may be restricted for security, unpaid charges, a material violation or legal requirements. Subscription expiry or an approved full refund ends the associated paid rights; it does not remotely delete files on your device or remove the public download route. Local features available without a paid plan remain subject to the EULA and released product behavior. Cloud storage and account deletion are separate from canceling renewal.

Authority and eligibility

You must have authority to enter the applicable contract. If you act for an organization, you must be authorized to bind it and use its data. Where the law requires a parent or legal representative’s consent for a minor, that consent is required; these terms do not remove the representative’s statutory rights.
