Public submission terms

Unsolicited emails, website inquiries, bug reports, feature suggestions, brand requests, evaluation requests, and attachments are treated as non-confidential unless Altifigence signs a separate written agreement that accepts confidential material.

For non-confidential submissions, the submitter grants Altifigence a non-exclusive right to receive, reproduce, route, evaluate, preserve, and respond to the submission for business, legal, security, and technical review. Public submissions do not create employment, equity, royalties, revenue share, sponsor benefits, partnership, exclusivity, or official approval.

Website download terms

Downloadable forms, policies, PDFs, templates, reports, and public records may be used for stated intake, review, legal/IP, security, billing, tax, evaluation, or documentation purposes. Submitting a completed form does not create a contract, license, evaluation right, commercial deployment right, sponsor relationship, investor relationship, or approval unless Altifigence signs a separate written agreement.

Purchase, order, and consent language

The public site provides self-service checkout for eligible recurring software subscriptions through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Before submitting an order, the purchaser must review the displayed product, price, billing interval, renewal terms, service description, privacy notice, refund and cancellation terms, and these terms.

A person placing an order represents that they have authority to bind the named organization, that billing and tax information is accurate, and that the purchase is for the stated scope only. Prices, taxes, delivery dates, support levels, evaluation access, license scope, and renewal terms are effective only when stated in a written quote, order form, invoice, or signed agreement.

Refund and cancellation

Refund and cancellation rights are governed by the signed agreement, accepted order form, or invoice terms. Unless a written order says otherwise, completed custom review work, delivered evaluation packets, custom technical consulting, and NRE-style work are not automatically refundable after delivery or substantial performance. If an order is cancelled before acceptance or before work begins, Altifigence will confirm whether any charge applies in writing.

Notices for online purchases

Purchases made through this website are consumer transactions handled by Paddle as merchant of record. The notices below govern them and take precedence over the business-agreement terms above for those orders.

Console and service terms

Any private console, workspace, download portal, evaluation service, or support channel is available only to authorized users under a written scope. Users must not share credentials, submit secrets unless the written channel requests them, bypass access controls, scrape non-public material, or use the service to attack, benchmark, or overload systems outside the agreed purpose. Altifigence may suspend access to protect security, billing, legal, IP, or service integrity.

Trademark and brand use

Altifigence™, Altifigence™ OpenCore, Altifigence™ ProCore, Altifigence™ ASICKit, Altifigence™ Standard, Altifigence™ Compatible, and related names or badges may be used only with written permission and under published policy. Truthful plain-text reference may be allowed when necessary for commentary, compatibility discussion, review, or identification, but it must not imply endorsement, certification, partnership, or official status.

Security vulnerability disclosure

Good-faith reports involving public websites, repositories, documentation, and designated contact surfaces should be sent to security@altifigence.com. Do not violate privacy, destroy data, conduct denial of service, use social engineering, perform physical attacks, or access more than necessary to demonstrate the issue.
